So, on Friday night, I decided to get out of the house and go to Borders. I enjoy it since there is just so much to read there and they close at 11pm, so that is a plus. As I was saying, I went there to read some good books/comics/manga/etc., and I found some totally bomb titles like Marvel Zombies and Harley&Ivy. Well, as some know, I have been trying to keep my comic book nerd status a secret now. So, I usually go to the "Religion" section in the store, since no one really goes there to read. Somehow, it was really crowded there, which pissed me off. And out of nowhere, some guy in my World History class sees me with these two random dumb bitches and he says to me "Hey, aren't you in my World History class? Lily, right?", and here I am holding fucking Catwoman: When in Rome and I look up at him fucking nervous and all I said was "Oh, er...yeah, sure. See you on Monday."
God, I felt so embarrassed.

Just a little something.
To prove that I'm not dead.
Yeah, the Skins party photos make me laugh.

Partying in the future.
I always wondered how it would be like to go to a party like the ones they show in Skins. I'm not into the alcohol or drugs, but I have this feeling when I leave Fresno I'm going to end up at these kind of parties.
I found them funny and just one of the many things that you encountered in your lifetime. My cousin Juli showed me photos of this venue/club she goes to sometimes in West Hollywood where all the punks and hipsters hang out.
One of the photos was this guy half nude, knocked out. She told me of this thing where you draw all over the person's body when they are in this state. She never did it, but she found it so funny to see.
Then she showed me the photos she took at these small gigs. There was a band she saw, and they were known to throw fake blood out to the crowd. She got some on her denim vest and told me it's been three months since that gig and the fake blood still won't come out.
Then Juli told me about her job at this photography studio she works at. The place is somewhere in Beverly Hills from what I remember she said. She told me she got to meet the lead singer of Foo Fighters, David Grohl and his family. Aparently his little daughter is very cute.
She lives in this one room apartment/loft in West Hollywood. She was able to have her photography on display in her very own art show. I wasn't able to go cause I had school at that time. But she released her own book with some of her photos.
I think it was called Slip. You can probably google it. Her name is Juli Lindsey.
As I was saying, I've seen all these shows&movies and read these books that were based around the underground scene with these teenagers that were about to leave high school. And I always thought to myself if this was going to happen to me when that time comes.
Along the fact I do have friends that will most likely go or even host these kind of parties. I know I'll probably end up being the designated driver. I won't like it, but I'll do it for the sake of my friends'...er...health.
I know that living a straight edge lifestyle is a little difficult with some of the friends I hang out with. But I have confidence that I can pull through with it.
My only wish is to hope my friends won't become addicts. It is one of the things I hate to see before my very eyes. And what I've learned is to give that person their wake-up call to come back to the real world as soon as possible before it gets any worse.
No, I'm no one's wife, but I love my life with all that jazz.

And I'm trying to get my dad to rent me My So-Called Life for me. I miss seeing pre-30StM Jared Leto ;__;. And I'm still in my Bollywood phase, god, I love those kind of movies. Got a new cell for once, I like it, tho it's heavier than my phone charms....O__o.
And I've watched Slumdog Millionaire so many times, the songs are like...imbeded into my head forever.
Jai Ho~~!
Tru fax.
Watchmen was amazing last night! Yes, there was some differences, but it was still a great addition to the fandom. I'm thinking of seeing it again soon.
look! a blue cock!
Anyways, things have been pretty good. Moving on and such silly things. Still kinda addicted to Flair on Facebook. Yeah....anyways, I think I'll stop here for today. I have a sweet sixteen to go to tonight!
